| OSTEOFIT Classes | Have restarted in Castletroy for 2012. This group exercise class is aimed at both men and women over 55. The class aims to maintain bone density, improve strength and flexibility, improve balance and reduce risk of falling. Classes cost €8.00 per class and your first class is FREE. | Castletroy Probus Club | Is a Mixed Active Retirement Group which meets every Tuesday morning at Plassey House from 11am to 12.30pm, except during holiday times - July and August. In addition to our monthly lunch outing we invite speakers to give talks and we avail of short away breaks and day trips to places of interest.
