Hi there, my name is Denise and I am delighted to introduce you to RINKA. I am bringing these fun-filled active classes to Limerick and will be running evening classes in Monaleen GAA hall. I am also offering the programmes in primary schools locally and would love if you could advertise my class on your page.
RINKA classes are a form of creative exercise for primary school-aged children and we have two main classes on offer: DRAMAFIT and BOUNCE
DRAMAFIT are energetic theatre classes which teach children about the importance of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices, whilst also encouraging good communication skills and confidence.
BOUNCE classes are multi-activity classes which cover basic gymnastic skills, athletic skills and team games.
